I have been working in the automotive sector for just over 30 years.
In various positions, the focus has always been on process optimization, supply chain management and digitalization.
Among other things, I was responsible for the global rollout of web-based solutions for supplier communication at leading automotive suppliers.
Five years ago, I was given the opportunity at the Elsen Group to contribute my experience in the areas of process development and digitalization and to better position the company for the changing challenges in the logistics/services sector.
For us, too, the key starting point is maximum transparency in terms of both processes and costs.
This creates the necessary basis for change and optimization. In this way, we can continue to be successful as a German company in the European/global market in the future.

As a partner for forward-looking logistics, we develop tailored solutions that are not only resource-efficient but also meet the highest demands for stability and durability.

A passion for logistics and a keen eye for the needs of the industry - this has been the recipe for success of LIS Logistische Informationssysteme GmbH (LIS) since it was founded 44 years ago.
With a great passion for innovation, the software company has become one of the leading providers of transportation management systems as well as a developer of warehouse management systems in Germany.
Flexibly designed, customizable and equipped with numerous interfaces, WinSped can be easily integrated into almost any environment.
LIS Warehouse Management (LWM),
which is available in combination with WinSped or as a stand-alone solution, is also highly flexible and customizable.
The
cloud-based system is specially tailored to European providers of third-party logistics (3PL) and optimizes the entire internal material flow in warehouses and distribution centers.

We develop logistics software as a genuine cloud solution for various areas of contract logistics (warehousing,
just-in-sequence supply, pre-assembly). Especially in the area of JIS supply and pre-assembly, we have created a product that can be implemented in a very short time and easily rolled out to other locations - without the need for a separate server infrastructure in the warehouse.
Since 2019, our motus product has been managing a total of 8 logistics locations of our logistics partner in the area of JIS supply and pre-assembly for car manufacturers in Germany and France.
We would now like to offer motus to other logistics service providers, OEMs and suppliers.
